IMPROVEMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE MANAGEMENT THROUGH INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM

This research is about innovation in improving the management of transportation services through an integrated information system through Document Collection and Data Base Analysis of Transportation Services in Tulangbawang Barat Regency, Motor Vehicle Pre-Test (PUJI KEMO) in Bireuen Regency, Documentation of Activities with Marki (PENDAKI) in Empat Lawang Regency. , and a Website-Based Road Equipment Monitoring Information System (SI MANJA) in Pamekasan Regency. The innovation of Document Collection and Analysis of the Transportation Service Data Base is the compilation of the transportation service data base in the development of all socio-economic activities and the development of a city. PUJI KEMO innovation is an activity to check the technical requirements and test the roadworthiness of motorized vehicles visually. If the estimated vehicle does not meet the technical and testing requirements, the road is directed to be repaired prior to registration, so that it will minimize the number of vehicles that do not pass the test which causes the test card number sequence in the SIM-PKB application. PENDAKI Innovation (MARKI) is an application as a means of delivering activity documentation in the form of photos and videos. Not only does it contain camera features, MARKI contains some information including the day, date, time, coordinates, names of members in teams, names of activities and other information listed on photos or videos taken by the MARKI application. SI MANJA's innovation is a record that arises when maintenance or repairs are carried out on polishing, electrical installations and lighting components that become historical records that are stored digitally and can be accessed via internet connectivity. SI MANJA is a website based containing worksheets that have been done by technicians containing reports on work results, maintenance locations, dates of maintenance carried out, causes of damage, actions taken and replacement of spare parts. This study uses a qualitative approach research method. The data collection uses a literature review technique. Literature review is a systematic examination of critical scientific literature in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theory, and practice. Literature review provides an overview of the development of a particular topic. The results of the innovation of Document Collection and Analysis of the Transportation Service Data Base are knowing the daily traffic data of motorized vehicles and the availability of documents or databases of transportation services at the Transportation Service Office of Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. The result of PUJI KEMO's innovation is the availability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for regular motor vehicle testing before registering and paying the testing fee in Bireuen Regency. The result of PENDAKI (MARKI) innovation is the availability of the MARKI application as a photo and video recording during traffic engineering management activities on the road network in Empat Lawang Regency. The result of SI MANJA's innovation is the availability of technical data related to maintenance that has been carried out, both for public street lighting, traffic light and flash light, including the use of spare parts in Pamekasan Regency.

INNOVATION IN VILLAGE GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT THROUGH E-VILLAGE BUDGETING (EVB) IN BANYUWANGI REGENCY AND RESTORATION OF VILLAGE ASSET ARCHIVES (REST AREA) IN EAST JAVA PROVINCE

This study is about innovation in strengthening village administration management through E-Village Budgeting (EVB) in Banyuwangi Regency and Village Asset Archive Restoration (REST AREA) in East Java Province. The E-Village Budgeting (EVB) innovation is an online-based village financial management system that includes planning, financial administration, and financial accountability or reporting for villages. The Village Asset Archive Restoration (REST AREA) innovation is an innovation program for preservation, including the handling, repair, and rescue of village asset archives and information. These two innovations have given rise to various strategies that offer conveniences in the administration of village government activities in the areas of financial management and village asset archiving. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection was conducted using the literature review technique. A literature review is a systematic examination of critical scientific literature in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theories, and practices. A literature review provides an overview of developments in a particular topic. The result of the E-Village Budgeting (EVB) innovation is the creation of a website-based village financial management application to facilitate village governments in an orderly, transparent, and accountable manner in planning, budgeting, administration, accountability, and reporting of village finances in the Banyuwangi Regency ( ). The result of the Village Asset Archive Restoration (REST AREA) innovation is an improvement in the delivery of public services by village governments in East Java Province through an innovation program for the preservation and rescue of high-value village asset archives and the guarantee of protection of the civil rights of the people from the possibility of loss and damage.

THE LEVEL OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ISOK MANGANESE INNOVATION TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN THE CITY OF SURABAYA

This research is about the level of implementation of the Innovation in Providing Daily Meals for the Poor and Neglected, Community Empowerment in Food Activities (ISOK MANGAN) towards the development of social welfare in the City of Surabaya . ISOK MANGAN Innovation is the provision of daily food for the poor and neglected so that they can obtain a healthier life and more decent food. Providing food for the poor and neglected can foster a spirit of mutual cooperation and empathy in the community, caring for those around them and can fulfill basic needs in the form of food for the elderly, orphans, and people with disabilities in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach research method. The data collection technique uses a literature review . Literature review provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. The results of innovation ISOK MANGAN is a program that provides healthy food assistance once a day throughout the year for the poor and neglected. ISOK MANGAN not only fulfills the food needs of the poor but also stimulates the people's economy. The provision of food is entrusted to local residents. Food management is carried out by community groups such as Nursing Homes, Community Social Workers Associations, and Orphanages. This innovation has a chain of benefits that can be felt by the entire community. The social network within it strengthens togetherness, instills a social spirit, and can stimulate the people's economy.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AS AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE EQUITY AND AFFORDABILITY OF HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES

This research is about digital transformation as an effort to equalize and affordability of health information services through the Free Internet Service Program for Communities to Remote Border Areas (ROMANTIS MANTAP CIL) in North Kalimantan Province, Electronic Vehicle for Community Health Across Citizen Users ( WEKAR LAWA) in West Manggarai Regency and Integrated Development Post and Integrated Elderly Posyandu Mobile Health Center, Acupressure and Sports Health (POSBIDUAN LANGSINGKU KESOHOR) in South Bangka Regency. The ROMANTIS MANTAP CIL innovation is the provision of internet facilities through Wifi media that can be accessed by the public for free in every Regency and City in North Kalimantan Province. The WEKAR LAWA innovation is an ecosystem for managing health services based on information technology, in order to produce reliable and easily accessible health data and information, as well as increase the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing health service efforts, as part of supporting the creation of a smart life, especially in the health sector (smart health living). The innovation of POSBIDUAN LANGSINGKU KESOHOR is an effort to equalize and affordably provide health services for the community down to the village/hamlet level, by integrating the facilities of the Mobile Health Center, Integrated Development Post and Elderly Posyandu with acupressure and sports health. These three innovations have given rise to various strategies that offer convenience in the implementation of government activities in health services. This study uses a qualitative approach research method. The data collection technique uses a literature review . A literature review is a systematic examination of critical scientific literature in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research findings, theories, and practices. Literature review provides an overview of the development of a particular topic. Digital transformation produces innovations that can improve health services, including: the results of the ROMANTIS MANTAP CIL innovation are the availability of internet accessibility services to support health services for communities in remote, border, and isolated areas in North Kalimantan Province. The results of the WEKAR LAWA innovation are the availability of web-based health information systems, including the Health Center and Network Information System (e-Puskesmas), the District Health Office Information System (e-Dinkes). Then the android-based information system is the android-based online patient registration system (e-Registration). All three are running well, producing reliable health data and information, easy to access and more effective and efficient. The results of the POSBIDUAN LANGSINGKU KESOHOR innovation are through Mobile Health Centers directly coming to Villages/Hamlets, can detect Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, provide health education to the community, get the community used to exercise, provide guidance to productive elderly people, and IVA examinations as early detection of cervical cancer.
