Analysis of the data using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that classroom management carried out by teachers in grade VI at SDN 02 Banjaran was carried out by (1) applying the principles of classroom management; (2) designing the physical environment of the class; (3) creating an effective learning climate, (4) being a good communicator. Class management carried out by classroom teachers has been effective but has not been fully maximized because there are still some of the sub-indicators that have not been implemented by classroom teachers at SD N 5 Jambu. So, it can be concluded that there is a relationship with the effect of classroom management on student learning motivation. The better way of managing classes or organizing classes will have a positive influence on student learning motivation which can extend to the formation of students' personalities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
